Securing our Digitizing Society

Security Delta (HSD) is the Dutch security cluster. Over 275 companies, governmental organizations and knowledge institutions have been working together since 2013 to make a difference in securing our digitizing society. To celebrate their 10 year anniversary, I was asked to create a book.

Instead of focussing on imagery of algorythms and artificial intelligence, I choose a visually more holistic approach. Digital security is not only about firewalls, binary codes and sci-fi scenarios, but most and foremost about collaboration and establishing a connection between people, habitats and environment.

To highlight this interconnectedness, full-page photographs of landscapes and natural events are woven throughout the book, with quotes as food for thought.
